The PIC16C84 is a low-cost, high-performance, CMOS, fully-static, 8-bit microcontroller. The separate instruction and data buses of the Harvard architecture allow a 14-bit wide instruction word with a separate 8-bit wide data bus. The two stage instruction pipeline allows all instructions to execute in a single cycle, except for program branches. The PIC16C84 fits perfectly in applications ranging form high speed automotive and appliance motor control to low-power remote sensors, electronic locks,security devices,smart cards and smart toys. The LH0070 and LH0071 are the ideal choices as absolute reference voltages in personal laboratory. The output voltage is established by trimming ultrastable, low temperature drift. The devices provide an accurate reference that is virtually independent of input voltage, load current, temperature and time. The LH0070 and LH0071 are precision, three terminal, voltage references consisting of a temperature compensated zener diode driven by a current regulator and a buffer amplifier.
